It is summer, it is hot, smoothies are great and here is your recipe for one that can make also a good dessert.

My girlfriend made this one for us both tonight so it love to share it here for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients for 2:

    • 2 dates
    • spinach
    • half a can of coconut milk
    • banana
    • avocado
    • handful of frozen blueberries and raspberries
    • 1 tsb honey
  • The above will make quite a thick substance, great to add nuts, coconut flakes and chocolate for example. Served chilled as a dessertdessert / smoothie. While adding some oatmeal, soymilk or some juice will thin it out so you can enjoy it with straws as smoothies.
  • All ingredients are organic.

I am looking forward to taste it, yeah, for those who are a bit uneasy to try out new things. I’ll write a comment with a review of the dessert version 😉
