It is summer, it is hot, smoothies are great and here is your recipe for one that can make also a good dessert.
My girlfriend made this one for us both tonight so it love to share it here for everyone to enjoy.
Ingredients for 2:
- 2 dates
- half a can of coconut milk
- handful of frozen blueberries and raspberries
- 1 tsb honey
- The above will make quite a thick substance, great to add nuts, coconut flakes and chocolate for example. Served chilled as a dessert. While adding some oatmeal, soymilk or some juice will thin it out so you can enjoy it with straws as smoothies.
- All ingredients are organic.
