First I want to thank you, for opening this post and having the courage to learn about yourself and go beyond that initial fear that can nag anyone from time to time. Overtime when you choose to face your fears and walk beyond into life, everyone benefits. It is that simple.

The Unknown

Everyday life is a series of choices and steps taken from each decision. Many steps is so deeply rooted and trusted it is our second nature. You simply make the step towards the goals you want. Simple things like making a cup of tea, eating breakfast or go for walk around the park. You dont think about it, you just carry out the action and goal is accomplished. Now when you choose to explore new areas of yourself, goals you never tried before. If you experience hesitation and scarcity for your new way, you are experiencing the effects of fear. This fear be cause by unconscious beliefs you hold on to.

For example stepping into the unknown is an impossible step, as long as you hold on to the belief, that you “should” know what to do at all times. Simply because you will experience the fear of making a mistake, when you actually don’t know the exact step. Life can be very complex when we try to figure out what to do in any given moment. Especially if you think you need to figure it out before you start your journey. While to me it is kinda obvious that you actually do not know the step because you want to explore new sides of yourself. It simply wouldn’t be new to you, if you already know what to do!

In this case of uncertainty for your next step, I encourage you to have an open mind for another perspective. Step out of your reasoning mind of right and wrong, should knows, for just for a moment.

Now when the feeling of uncertainty comes up, yes you can let yourself feel uncertain right now reading this. Visualize any situation you feel uncertain about how to handle. Then have this reminder as an inner guidance for that exact feeling:

  “An imperfect action is better than no action at all”

Simply do something when you feel uncertain. Act and be open to receive feedback. The reason for this is, that without any action, you submit to your fear and letting it paralyze you. In paralyzation there can be no guidance and directions to tell if you get closer to your goal or not. So again, remember: “An imperfect action is better than no action”. Just do something and listen carefully in that moment to see if your action brings you closer to the goal or not. You will get guidance when you move.

Let go of the fear to make mistakes and choose instead to be open minded about what you do and be ready to learn. You’ll accomplish your goals faster.

So whatever it is you’re dealing with right now, take action. Any action, perfect or imperfect it does not matter. Move, feel and let your senses give feedback to the next step after that!
