Yeah the weather in Denmark/Rubjerg has just switched to a rainy, snowy, cloudy, windy, cold, wet,…, the sun still lights everything up!

I came across this recipe for a smoothie on Facebook from the group: “MotherWise” A page which shares a mothers interest and experiences raising children with focus on health and peace. I recommend to check it out or her blog. www.motherwiselife.org

“We talk about nutrient dense smoothies ALL the time. This is one of my daughters favorites, and she asked for it to have for lunch!”

  • Coconut Milk
  • Raw Honey (For sweetness)
  • Mixed Frozen Organic Berries
  • Avocado
  • Spinach
  • Chia Seeds
  • Frozen Organic Mangos
  • Banana
